The Certificate in The Work of Byron Katie course is divided into three parts for the interactive online classes and 39 online classroom lessons.
A. Interactive Classes (Online)
Part I: Loving What Is with Rosie Stave

Part I: Loving What is looks at:
  • An Introduction on How to do The Work of Byron Katie
    • Literal Listening – Listening without adding to another’s story
    • Identifying Transparent beliefs
    • Enquiring into our stressful thoughts with The Work of Byron Katie so the beliefs let go of us
    • Introduction to using The Judge Your Neighbour Worksheet
    • Discover The One Belief At a Time Worksheet you can use anytime
    • Demonstrations of The Work of Byron Katie enquiry process
    • In class exercises
    • Many resources to use and access
Part 2: Deepening Enquiry with Tammy Reid
We really look forward to supporting your freedom through Byron Katie’s 4 Questions and turnarounds.
Part II looks at:
    • Saying “No” or “Yes” – Who is it I have difficulty saying “No” to or saying “Yes” to? What are my stressful thoughts here?
    • Inquiry using The Worksheets
    • Doing The Work of Byron on Myself – “I”, personal stories of self, body illness etc
    • Stressful Events – What were my motives? Why don’t I say “No” or “Yes” to myself?
    • Wants – Why I think I can’t get what I want? Practice asking, beliefs that stop us….
    • The Gift of Criticism – Taking it deeper, How to receive. What was it like? Beliefs appearing and enquiry.
    • Turnarounds: Meeting life as it is, my thinking, shoulds,how I drink in my thinking and much more
Please let us know the level of The Work that you have done already so that we can ensure we touch on areas that have not been grasped as yet. 
 
Part 3: Enquiry on Parts with Rosie Stave
 
Taking enquiry deeper into combining it with other techniques to support high trauma clients, and working with parts that carry beliefs
  • Going deeper with The Work of Byron Katie
  • Applying The Work to Parts of Us (Internal Family Systems Therapy)
  • Combining Compassionate Key work with enquiry to ensure clients are ready for enquiry
  • Demonstrations
  • The Nuisances of enquiry
  • Guidance from Rosie Stave

Prerequisite is that either Part I or Part II workshops have been attended to be able to join Part III.
